9. Set the stove on fire over low or medium heat, then cook until the coconut milk thickens and dries and also the seasoning seeps into the pores of the meat.

10. Continue cooking until the meat becomes tender and cooked evenly, be patient and diligent to stir slowly and constantly so that the base does not burn and the meat is cooked perfectly.
