  • Leeks 1 stem, finely sliced
  • Sweet soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp

 How to make:

1. Put the shallots, garlic, and red chilli in a cobek then puree.

  • Sugar 1/2 tbsp 
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Shallots 5 cloves
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Cayenne pepper 5 pieces
  • Red chili 5 pieces
  • Ebi roast 2 tbsp

How to make:

1. Put the shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper, red chilli, ebi, and pepper in the cobek and puree until completely smooth.

2. Sauté the mashed herbs in a pan using oil or butter until they smell good.

3. Put the beaten eggs in a pan containing the sautéed herbs.

4. Set aside the seasoning so that it does not mix with fried frying in the same pan.

5. Add the chopped chicken to it.

6. Stir-fry until smooth.

7. Put the rice in and mix until the seasoning mixes perfectly with the rice.

8. Add sugar, salt, soy sauce and mix well.

9. Serve cooked fried rice on a serving plate. You can add lettuce, cucumber, and crackers as a complement.

  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Flavoring 1/2 tsp

How to make:


1. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.

2. Add the eggs and scramble.

3. Add the finely chopped chicken and sausage.

4. Put the leeks.
